The National Task Force on the Future of Canada's Academic Health Sciences Centres (AHSCs) has released a groundbreaking report that provides a roadmap for AHSCs to further improve the health and health care of Canadians, generate life-saving research and innovations, and provide world-class training to future clinicians.

The National Task Force will be holding a National Symposium on January 28-29, 2010 at the Sheraton Hotel in Ottawa. The purpose of the Symposium will be to review and provide input on the final draft report that has been produced by the National Task Force.

On July 28, 2009, the National Task Force completed its fourth meeting - with the other three meetings occurring on December 5, 2008, February 20, 2009, and April 17,2009.
